anyway i better be studying journalism, if not my indian teacher will pick on me for the rest of my life. lol

i was damn tired lately cause of projects. haha. so tt leaves me catching 40 winks every other minute. bleah.


some stupid indian spiderman. it was on a slide during media n society lecture, about cross cultural merging or whatever stuff like that. spiderman was sooo cute with that dhoti (cue to roll eye). i noticed that i tend to take stupid pictures during media n society lessons. wow

okae. so that's the end of school. now, adventure camp

so it was a bright and early saturday morning 7am. we were supposed to meet at the sports complex gallery at 7am, but being the typical late queen, i reached at 7.15, cause i woke up at 6.50(YUAN JIAN DIDN'T GIMME A MISS CALL. boo :X) so i forgot to bring my utensils (but that wasn't a problem later thankfully)
i took a cab down to tp, and we went to design canteen for breakfast (it was nasi lemak with lots of chili) we got the red adventure club shirt and changed into it.
being in group 1 (with lots of ngee annians ((thankfully))[with the names of sishan, yuanjian, richmond n sen rong] together] we clicked together rather instaneously.
group 1 (consisting of the NASians and a few hot ppl named shining, samantha, si liang and kok n bird(dun ask :X)boarded a bus to west coast jetty

and took a small boat to pulau hantu.

there we took some photos, had some trust games and some ice break sessions. pitched a tent with the perfect seaview (spot the picture later)
had our lunch. cooked with spirit and ate instant noodles. as usual, i didn't eat much, and survived on biscuits. lol.
our first game was to create a mascot for our group using the sand. we originally drew a heart on the sand, made a wall around it, and wanted to write a '1' inside. but there was this coconut sapling nearby, so we mutated our heart into an apple with the sapling as the stalk. kinda cute actually.

unfortunately, we had to do a 'marketing plan' to sell our 'mascot' (which painfully reminds me of the marketing group project which i have YET to touch on) Yuan jian and richmond had the honour to do it, with one being extremely noisy n one dam quiet (u shud know who lah hor :X) i saw richmond's glasses (those with transitional lens) and found them kinda cool. i decided to wear them on

nice anot.

after that, we had novelty games, such as dressing up a person in magazines and masking tape. sen rong had the honour of being the model, while we dressed him as a cute guy. (which many said he was a pokemon). carried him across the lagoon in the island and did some story game, and walked back in a line. lighted a torch and we were first :P
Cause we were going to do water activites, i did nt bring my phone, thus did not take a pic of him.(wad a waste! he was sooo cute! lol. like the snail pokemon.haha)

had dinner after that. comprised of spaghetti, tomato sauce, cocktail sausages, unsliced button mushrooms and some mineral water(which gave me indigestion after that.lol) typical outdoor cookin stuff. haha

i learnt how to weave a cricket from a coconut leaf. shining (the artistic one) taught us how to do that, and soon everyone was in the tent learning how to fold one. the edge of the leaf was ticklish, and i got tickled(esp richmond lah! :X) drew on an orange wristband as well.

the nightwalk was boring, partially cause it wasn't rightfully classified as one. there were lights from surround islands which practically lit the entire island, and the path was so clear. furthermore there was a lane for us, nt like some cut shrubs or something. it was kind of predicted. as expected, we made one huge round around the island(which was a mere 15 minutes walk) shan and i looked at the stars. it was a pretty sight, which reminds me of the past time when i looked at the same stars at east coast! lol.

had a mini campfire where each group presented their show. our group did a stomp like thingie, using pegs, mess tins and water bottles to create a beat. it was kinda soft actually. wasted lah lol. group 7 won with their (da chang jing) theme. lol

went back to our tent. played daidee till 1am, and took a quick shower in the girls toilet. there was no lighting, and we had to use a torch light and a candle. kinda pathetic, and the water was freezing cold. i could hear the guys from the other side shouting"FUCK LAH CEE BAI SO COLD" :X returned to the tent for a few more rounds of daidee before retiring to slp. walao have u ever tried squeezing 7 ppl into a 6-man tent? that was how siliang shining sen rong si shang yuan jian richmond and i squeezed into one (clockwise order somemore seh) poor us man. yuan jian was snoring like a pig throughout the entire night, and poor richmond n shan slpt beside him lol. richmond seemed hot, cuz he was constantly fannin himself (LOL) and thank god i listened to my mp3 to slp, thus covering the dinosaur's snores.

the sun rose pretty quickly though. within 15 mins it was high up in the sky. lol
shining was taking a pic of the sun, and i was taking a pic of our campsite. so i decided 'y not take a pic of each other? so here goes.

after breakfast(kaya tuna boiled eggs bread) we played tug of war. as we were group 1, we had the first challenge, and also the guinea pigs. the stupid war ended us tripping over coconut tree roots and shan scraped her ankle. we had another round, and landed in the next round. however we lost cause the people were already tired. poor yuan jian spoiled his sandals due to the dragging in the sand, and richmond got a bad ropeburn on his arm. violent game seh.

meanwhile, shining was wishing that it would rain, and lo and behold it came true (LOL) there was a huge downpour even while we tore down our tents. we huddled together in the pavillions and tied our tents to the pillars as the wind blew in the rain. it was freaking cold, and the wind was so freaking strong that we could lean against the wind and still remain upright. all the trees look so frail when the wind blew them.

soon the rain stopped. we packed our stuff and went to the jetty to head back MAINLAND(wheee) took a few pictures from the jetty.

soon our boat came, and we boarded it, kinda sad that we had to leave the small undisturbed island, i took photos of the jetty. haha
seems weird that when it was saturday,i hated the island and wanted to get home. but when it was the time to get back, i was feeling kinda reluctant.lol


on our way back, everyone in the boat was sleeping soundly. i took a few pictures of the surrounding choppy seas. haha

when we reached the jetty at west coast, i wore the COOL specs again(courtesy of richmond LOL)and did some lame stuff, pointing into the departure sign. haha


boarded the bus back, and this time everyone dozed off very quickly.
reached tp, washed the tents and pegs, had dinner (bee hoon with sardines) and had a debrief. richmond spoke more than 10 sentences! *clap clap*

went to 800+ for dinner after that with yuanjian sen rong shining richmond and i. i made yj eat satay beehoon while i shared chicken rice and 'cai tau kuay'. shining ate a pizza pancake while senrong ate one too, along with chicken rice( da wei wang lor lol)
bought bubble tea after that. crossed the overhead bridge,saw emelda and boarded bus 8 together with her home. lol.

so here i am. tired, beat and hungry.(again). haha.

i bet this is the longest entry i have ever typed. lol

im going away for a camp in the weekend, so i wouldn't be here!
life is so busy. ahahaha. okae i go pack bag for tmr le

i hate med soc, cause i dunno wad to write to the newspaper. wad's wrong with media? it's perfectly fine with me.
i HATE CMM!!other courses all no projects de lor. all tests tests tests. tests are better. at least u can determine u grade. with projects, there's no knowing what u'll get.
FUCK lah. y i so stupid choose CMM :( sian! now i'm like neck-full of projects! sian. dunno where to start

oh my god

i just got news from my essential graphics that i have a test next week! its like u've gotta get a picture and use all the photoshop skills to make another complete picture. omg!! die.
anyway im pretty bored in the lesson. just finished everything, and i've got nothing to do. so here i am, blogging again, and rotting away. i don't feel like doing my projects. although the deadline is like tomorrow. meaning i am in deep shit. haha.
i feel so sian! life's so boring. projects, out, ccas, school, eat sleep.
anyone wanna watch movie with me? i need to get out.
oh btw, i've applied for a job at a lan shop in town, maplestory and pangya orientated. being an avid mapler like me, maybe it's the perfect job, although the pay is pretty low for a lan shop, like $5 per hour. haha. should i go for it? the interview's tomorrow. after school. bleah.
